I Must Admit...

I have not been following the training schedule as well as I should have been. As of today, I am back in the game and ready to train! I plan on running today after work and the rest of the week.

It's so funny...I think about it all the time and feel terrible for not doing my part. I actually felt like I needed to "confess" my downfall and start fresh this week. So here I go...wish me luck!
