I Am Ready For "Rest Day"

Way to go Tiffany! That is really great that you were able to run the whole time! I ran last night when I got home and did pretty good. I took two 20-second walk breaks, so I was proud of myself!

My legs are still sore today, but I am sure that will get better with time! I may do a light run tonight or ride my bike...not sure what I am up for?? I can't wait to hear about everyone's cross training! Talk to you soon!
