Oh my goodness! My legs and booty are so sore today! I went to the gym last night and did some weights and stretched (don't really get this part of the training, but whatever). Today, my legs feel like they are made of jelly! I'm sure this is a "good thing" - or so they say??
I am trying to gear up for today's big run. I am with you Jennifer, running 2.5 miles is going to be tough. I am more of a run/walk girl! I just plan on taking it nice and slow and hopefully I will make it! If you see something on the news tonight about a girl being found on the side of the road, it's probably me! Hopefully they will get some good footage of my cute shoes though!
